NeelGyan began as a free public library and is growing into a one-stop learning centre for everyone — from a child’s first picture book to senior citizens, with exam aspirants in between. Study space, top books, computers, free Wi-Fi and long-term learning support.
The centre is 100% free, Hindi + English, open 24×7, and open to everyone — children, students, exam aspirants and senior citizens alike.
